Could I get the full refund if I return the order?
We will offer full refund on all items that have been returned. And please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Do I need to pay for the shipping fee back?
Yes, the customers need to pay the return shipping. Our return warehouse is now in North America. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. And please return through your local post office to avoid tax. However, if your order qualifies for a free return, we will provide you with one prepaid return shipping label. Our free return activity will be carried out from time to time. You can ask the customer service team if your order is eligible for free return.
I have not received my refund. When will I get the refund?
1. The refund will be issued within 7 business days.
2. It normally takes 10-20 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account. Or 1-3 working days in PayPal (normally in 48 hours), that depends on the original way you used.

What is your processing time and shipping time?
Processing time is the time it takes to get your order ready to leave our warehouses. This includes preparing items, performing quality control, and packing for shipment. We will give priority to items marked “Priority Dispatch”, but in orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time. Processing time is displayed on the product detail page. And the shipping time doesn’t include the processing time. Is the shipping free and what shipping methods do you have?

Why are there different situations between your shipping time
For our products, there are warehouses in the United States and overseas warehouses, so there are different shipping times. Generally, the shipping time of US warehouses is 2-5 business days, while that of overseas warehouses is 5-10 business days.

Why do I need to verify my payment on my order?
Detailed personal information may be required for orders selected randomly by our fraud prevention team for further verification before sending out. It is our responsibility to protect our shoppers from any unwanted billings. If the verification is not completed within 21 days, your order will be subject to cancellation without further notice.

Why was my order divided into two or more packages?
Orders might be divided into different packages due to a difference in processing time, Some of our products come from American warehouses and some from overseas warehouses. or there are many items in your order which need to be divided.
What happens if I am not in when it arrives?
Signature may be necessary when the package is to be delivered, so it is preferable for you or somebody else to be at home.
If you have missed the package, please check with your local shipping company or post office with your tracking number to pick up the parcel as soon as possible.
Are there any additional fees?
That depends, normally customers will not be charged of any additional fees via regular mail. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspection, sometimes customers may have to pay tariff. We will try to provide some help and compensation. However, we can't refund this fee, as it would be charged by the customs office, please understand.
The tracking information hasn’t been updated for a long time
Thanks for your patience. As it is international shipping, the shipping will take some time to be updated when it is in transit or in the customs checking. Also it will take time to get the updated info from the shipping company. We will try our best to update that info for you.

CANCEL MY ORDER
How to cancel the order?
An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.
If you want to cancel the order, please contact our customer service email (service@abclothes.store) as soon as possible. An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. If the order can be cancelled, we will help you cancel the order as soon as possible.
If the cancellation is not successful, we recommend that you return the package intact within 7 days of receipt.
Why is my order canceled?
There are some reasons that the order will be canceled:
1: You have the same order before.
2: You didn’t verify your payment on your order.
3: Your order is out of stock.
4: You have contacted our customer service to cancel the order.
5: Your order may be at risk. In order to control risks, we will review large orders. We will assess the risk of the order and decide whether to cancel the large order. In addition, we will only accept paypal account balance payment for orders over $300, not credit card payment through paypal channel.
Normally, if paid order has been canceled, the money will directly back to your Paypal or bank account.
